Specialist yoga therapy sessions designed for neurodivergent children, fostering emotional, physical, and mental well-being in a supportive, inclusive environment.
I’m a yoga therapy practitioner with over five years of experience working with children who have special educational needs (SEN).
My journey started where I saw firsthand how movement, breathwork, and mindfulness could transform the emotional and physical well-being of neurodivergent children.
That’s what inspired me to create Unique Minds Yoga—a safe, inclusive space where every child can feel empowered and supported.
I believe that yoga should be accessible, pressure-free, and enjoyable for all abilities.
My sessions are designed to be gentle, adaptive, and engaging, allowing each child to explore movement and mindfulness at their own pace.
Whether it’s helping with focus, reducing anxiety, or building confidence, my goal is to create a space where children feel seen, valued, and free to be themselves.
Unique Minds Yoga provides specialised yoga therapies tailored to neurodivergent children, including those with autism, ADHD, learning differences, and sensory sensitivities.
These therapy sessions help children build confidence, develop physical coordination, and manage emotions through movement, mindfulness, and breathwork.

🌟 Creates a Safe & Inclusive Space
Every child is valued and supported at their own pace.
In my yoga therapy sessions, I create a safe and welcoming space where children can explore and express themselves freely. Every child is unique, so my approach fosters a non-demanding environment that encourages voluntary growth at their own pace.
Through gentle guidance and supportive practices, I help children connect with their bodies and minds without pressure.
This nurturing atmosphere allows them to focus on their individual needs and comfort levels, making yoga a joyful and positive experience.
My goal is to build self-awareness and confidence, helping each child discover their own path to growth and well-being.
Together, we embark on a journey of movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery—always with fun at the heart of every session!
While my focus is on younger children (up to 16) with neurodivergent needs, I also offer specialist yoga sessions for teens (13-18).
Whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, stress relief, emotional regulation, or gentle movement tailored to your needs, my sessions provide a calm and inclusive space to help you feel balanced and grounded.
